ASSET HR - PBA, AUX & Facilities

We manage or coordinate compliance efforts related to campuswide HR programs, such as STAR, equity calls, and mandatory workplace postings.

We provide consultation and support in the facilitation of related actions to include reorganization, stipends, reclassifications, and equity reviews.

We manage all workplace concerns and corrective actions, to include the review and facilitation with other campus HR partners and offices.

We manage medical and non-medical leaves, to include review of eligibility, consultation, documentation, and disability management coordination.

We coordinate and support on- and off-boarding activities, to include background checks, separations, final pay, and confidential actions.

We coordinate payroll and personnel actions, maintain medical and/or personnel files, and serve as a resource for related questions.

We manage and serve as a resource for the annual performance appraisal, to include compliance, timelines, training, and document management.

We manage full cycle recruitment and selection and workforce planning for all staff positions, to include, career, limited, contract, and rehired retirees.

We are a resource for non-academic student employment, to include consultation on workplace concerns, payroll transactions, and recruitment.
