Health Well Being & Safety Human Resources provides a variety of human resources for the units within Planning, Budget & Admin (PB&A), supporting the following organizations: Auxiliary Services (Organization 19); Facilities Services, and Planning, Design & Construction (Organization 30); Planning, Budget & Administration (Organization 39). The ASSET HR unit supports the strategic and operational human resources needs of each supported unit through interactions with our human resources staff. We serve as a central point of contact for PB&A staff, supervisors and leadership on a variety of people related matters such as: compensation and classification consultation, employee and labor relations consultation, leave coordination and management, policy and procedure interpretation and guidance, recruitment and selection, and much more.
